No options on the touch screen to customize your burger. I wanted mine plain, but that wasn't an option. Faffed around for 10 mins thinking that the option must be there somewhere, then gave up and went to Popeye's.

AWFUL, ordered take away and forgot to check items given. Both loaded chips were wrong and there wasn’t a burger?? £8 burger wasn’t in the bag and the ‘small’ gravy is tiny, only half full.
